After a cracked root, an extraction, a bone graft (with cadaver bone...cool!) and finally the implant bolted into my jawbone, today's the day I end my year long saga of dental surgery and get my crown. No wonder they call it a crown...it should be diamond encrusted after what I've paid!

Nothing makes you feel worse than this look. Scout had just thrown up all over my comforter, so yeah...I yelled. Until I saw her look at me like this and then I felt terrible! I cleaned up the mess and cuddled my kitty and apologized. And then she threw up on the comforter the next day too...sigh...

I drove a school but to earn money in high school (yes, back then a 16 year old could drive your precious babies to school!) and it was a great gig. I mean, I had to get to school anyway---might as well drive there and get paid for it, right? Even today, when I see an old school bus, it brings back good memories.
